Roussillon - Vins du Roussillon : Cépages Blancs
Le Grenache blanc est très proche du Grenache noir et donne des vins blancs secs riches, gras, très longs en bouche.
Naturellement très riche en sucre, c'est un des cépages de base des grandes appellations de vins doux naturels du Roussillon.
Le Grenache blanc ne diffère du Grenache noir que par la couleur de ses baies. On l'emploie principalement en Roussillon pour la production de vins doux naturels blancs, essentiellement dans l'appellation Rivesaltes.
